Enter the spectacle lens power in the appropriate input box and hit the Calculate button to get the vertexed contact lens power. All powers must be entered in eigth of a diopter steps (4.00, 4.12, 4.37, 4.50, 4.62, 4.75, 4.87) up to +/-21.00.
